Compute Range Problems

Hello,

I think there's a problem with the compute range. Let me give you an example:

In the ICM Applicator, I was looking at a push from UTG 4-handed and call by the SB/Hero with 99. (The BB folded, as well as the Button.) After inputting stacks and ranges, I hit the compute range and it looks as if the pusher has moved from UTG to the BTN. What's going on here? Is there a problem with the software?

i got an email saying that there was a problem with payment, however my bank account has been charged and im still not able to use it.

When does purchase come through?

I just purchased a one year subscription...I recieved an email from paypal saying I was billed but I still cant access the applicator.
