Why don’t I see an option of a Free Upgrade to ICMIZER?
This upgrade option will automatically take effect on September 28, 2015. What if I don’t select SIMPLE UPGRADE before September 27, 2015?
If you don’t claim any of the ICMIZER 2 PRO upgrade options from September 10 until September 27, 2015, your active subscription will be automatically switched to the ICMIZER 2 BASIC plan which includes only the ICMIZER calculator. This happens September 28, 2015.

In the future you will still be able to upgrade from ICMIZER 2 BASIC to ICMIZER 2 PRO, but this will come with a one-time fee and no special discounts.

I have an active ICMIZER 1 subscription. When I start ICMIZER 2, I see that ICMIZER, SNG Coach and Replayer are all available. My subscription page shows my current plan as the ICMIZER 2 PRO plan.
Does this mean I’ve already moved to the ICMIZER 2 PRO plan?
Our system does not move any subscribers to an ICMIZER 2 PRO plan without their consent. To upgrade to ICMIZER 2 PRO, you will need to use one of the 4 free upgrade options described above. If you’re seeing all three tools as available, that means the promotional evaluation period is running (from September 10 through September 27).

During the PROMO period your subscription page will show up as if you already are on the ICMIZER 2 PRO plan. This is only a temprorary PROMO access to the ICMIZER 2 PRO features. You need to choose one of the upgrade options in order to stay on the PRO plan after the PROMO period ends.

My ICMIZER 1 subscription ended after September 10 but I did not act in time to upgrade to ICMIZER 2. What can I do now?
